How long will it take for my sign to ship?

We will ship all in stock products in 1-3 business days unless otherwise specified. Made to order or custom pieces ship out in 1-2 weeks. You will receive an e-mail when your package has shipped, along with a tracking number.

What are your signs made out of?

Our signs are made of wood and the words are paint NOT VINYL!! 

How will my sign be shipped?                                                                                                                       

We ship *most* items through USPS Priority mail which has a 1-3 day shipping time depending on where you live. PLEASE verify your shipping address! If your address is incorrect and your package is sent back, YOU will be responsible for paying the shipping amount again if you would like your order resent to you.

I ship all large signs via FedEx and they do not deliver to PO Boxes.

***If purchasing a large sign shipping to Hawaii or Alaska can incur additional shipping costs. Please check with me prior to purchasing. ***

What if my package arrives damaged?

The Rustic Nest cannot be responsible for undelivered/damaged items, or transit times which are all the responsibility of the carrier. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if there is a problem with your order! If there is damage to the item I will need pictures in order to file a claim with the carrier.

Can I hang my sign outside?

Our signs are intended for indoor use only. If you want to hang your sign outside, you will be responsible for applying the protective finish on your sign yourself.
